What is the PAP's equivalent of such scandal?

Mudland is not as developed as sinkapore ...that's why the dirt surfaces. Our super efficient PAP can hide everything ...the civil servants are paid so well that they don't want to rock the boat. Everybody is happy except that sinkees are being screwed inside out.
