A Weak Government is Political power grows out of the barrel of a gun.

1) One Party System
2) Political Elite System (NTUC, SAF, SPF, GIC, GLC, Civil Servant)

A Strong Government is a strong alliance government that able to share power with good of check and balance. Able to listen and negotiate to solve problems.
