Religions are personal belief and should never have brought into the workplace unless the workplace is a religious organisation. If they allow such stupid religious personal belief system to enter workplace, then there is no end.

Oh!, how about, the woman fornicated with a married man & decide to bore the product of that union, working in a religious organization; should the law of God apply or the law of the land!.
