In this secular society, there is freedom of worship. There is also freedom of dress. And what a person chooses to clothe him/herself is a personal choice as long as the clothing does not pose any danger at the workplace or setting, and does not hinder any identification work and present an issue for security. Personally, I am not in support of religious clothing except for religious functions, but whether to wear tudung or not is up to the individual who wears the dress. But must be kind of hot and uncomfortable in it though.
Cheers!
