SINGTEL is taking the unusual step of asking shareholders to approve the relatively minor matter of the transport benefits for its chairman, in its bid to be as transparent as possible.
Incoming chairman Simon Israel will be getting a car and a driver, with a taxable value of not more than $25,000, the telecommunications firm disclosed yesterday.
