my college sweat a lot when he exercise.
After the sweat dried out , there is a lot of salt reside on his shirt.
especially on black t shirt, noticeable amount of white salt reside can be found.
He say his freind tell him is good..since our modern daily life, we are consuming excess salt intake,is good to force some out, so high blood pressure will stay away from him.

my brother also sweat a lot when he exercise.

i ask if his sweat is salty, he taste he tried tasting it, he say he more on the plane side, no salty taste.
i tell him is no good since he is retaining lot of salt in his body,and his daily salt intake is on the high side.
he might get high blood pressure.
