After a brief moment of down time, some msgs were gone. I think DB broke or corrupted and an older version was restored into server?

Database Transfer

Sam said he backup database twice daily. I think a crontab job. I wonder unless the new server not yet arranged for automatic cron jobs, wouldn't lost a whole day of data normally.
