hi all
Happy New Year. I sincerely thank you all for the support of this group which has ballooned our memberships to, as of now, 1702 in a matter of weeks.
the General Elections is most probably coming this year in 2010. we must amplify our effort for our future through influence: both online and offline.
talk about Singapore's problems we are facing today. talk to your friends, families, colleagues, classmates and even aquaintance. share the knowledge how these problems are hitting our wallets, standard of living, retirement, medical expenses and every single issue that are relevant to our progress as Singaporeans.
No country progress with their people regress.
PAP can measure Singapore's progress with GDP, value of properties, number of millionaires, size of their Budget, size of the Army, amount of reserves, salaries of Ministers, number of foreigners wanting to be here and etc.
we Singaporeans know deep down inside these are not indicators of real Progress.
recite our National Pledge, it have defined Real Progress:
"We the Citizens of Singapore
Pledge ourselves as One United People(read: no PRs and foreigners)
Regardless of race, language or religion(read: with every REGARD to Nationality)
to build a democratic society base on justice and equality
so as to achieve
Happiness
Prosperity and
Progress
for our nation"
let's live up to our Pledge we recited since young and make true our promises for our future, our children, our families and our Singapore.
do invite more friends and raise awareness of the shit we are in now. feasible solutions are aplenty and out there but they will never be implemented so long the PAP is in power. they didn't listen and I doubt they will.
look at the number of flops the PAP committed this past 10 years. they think they are the untouchables class in an elitist class system they created. for our future, these nincompoos must be removed, else our country will be ruined in shambles when this continues.
