Taiwan star Vivian Hsu to wed Singaporean businessman in June

Taipei, Jan. 27 (CNA) Taiwanese singer-actress Vivian Hsu is expected to marry her Singaporean businessman fiancé Sean Lee in June, her management company said Monday.
The couple held an engagement party on Jan. 25 in Taipei. The ceremony followed the traditional Chinese custom and was attended only by close family members and friends, according to In Music Group.
The fashion model, singer and actress will settle down in Singapore after her marriage, but will continue her career in the entertainment business if there are good opportunities, the company said.
Hsu, 38, is set to wed Lee, chief executive officer of Marco Polo Marine, a Singapore-based integrated marine logistics group.
Hsu, born in Taiwan, enjoys popularity in her home country and Japan.
After gaining recognition for her role in a Hong Kong movie and an accompanying nude photo album early in her career, she shot to fame in Japan in the late 1990s with her constant appearances on Japanese TV shows.
She was also a member of the popular Japanese dance and singing group Black Biscuits.
Hsu has also appeared in a number of films and TV series in Taiwan and Japan, including "The Shoe Fairy" and "The Knot."
