Arrived in Manila late on Saturday, asked hotel best place to have authentic pinoy food was directed to here

Place was humongous and paced, food must be good

Ordered 4 dishes and a garlic rice

Mixed vege with prawns

Adobol is pork belly with chicken in soya sauce

Tamerine soup with milk fish

Roast chicken

Garlic rice very popular in the Philippines

Its ok la but I prefer Thai cuisine

Because don't really like pinoy food so decided to have their old colonial Spanish food. Found a pretty cool restaurant adn enjoyed the night

Ordered a Botanist what a pleasant surprise from this bar tender

Came the Rioja Beronia, a great well balanced wine surprisingly smooth despite the full body

Prawn tapas

Angus and foie gras

Amazing pairing these 2 meats

The beef

Another great meat

Ink paella

Basically had a great night with this great food. I highly recommend this restaurant

This noon don't know what to eat so came across this Tim Ho Wan shop at Robinsons Place near the hotel

Was pleasantly surprised that the dimsum is better than our Crystal Jade

Like this century egg porridge was great just like the Hong Kong version

Prawns in this tofu skin was so fresh and big too

Don't know what you call this good also subtly spicy

The oyster sauce is unlike in Singapore

Steamed pork rib

Surprised they do not have wanton noodle instead its fishball noodle soup, the soup is exactly like Hong Kong wanton noodle soup really like this and the noodle is also QQ type

For us lesser folks, the airport's F&B sucks. Even the SQ (non-premier) lounge is a madhouse

Long queue with PRC at Suvarnabhimbi tonight
