NATO's agenda has shifted significantly since the Cold War, with a primary focus on countering Russia. However, this effort is not aimed at assisting Ukraine. Instead, NATO's ambition appears to be the disintegration of Russia, reminiscent of the break-up of the USSR into smaller entities. This continued threat to the EU is a concerning development.
