Incident: 11:11 PM of 11/14/2019, a possibly African American woman with black braided hair was pulled into the passenger seat of a White car by an African American BLM man, perhaps a romantic partner. The woman began screaming as he began pulling on her hair. The man also is heard yelling "I'm sorry" repeatedly. The car is seen speeding southbound down 3rd Avenue, before making a right turn. No updates have been made at all; The car hasn't been found, the man hasn't been found, and the woman hasn't been found.
