Israel wouldn't need to do that if Islamic terrorists Hezbollah stopped attacking it, but they won't, so neither can Israel.
Muslims and Jews are doomed to attack each other for all eternity, since neither can completely destroy the other and both won't ever stop fighting for what they feel is their existence under threat from each other.
