1. Should the insignificant nobody me was the negotiator there, I would had JUMPED UP, rushed forward & made PrezPutin SIGNED for what he wanted, an honor bound word from his mouth as the leader, that he would have to abide for RUS history...

It is a concession to UKR, because after 1000yrs, on the 1001th year, UKR can join NATO freely without any fear or favor.,..


2. HOWEVER, it would be a question to Humankind - IF RUS can even survive the next 50 yrs under its current policies , let alone 1000yrs.....
