Summary :
The more Omega 6 you eat (regardless of 3:6 ratio), the healthier you'll be.
The more Omega 3 you eat (regardless of 3:6 ratio), the healthier you'll be.
Both Omega 3 and 6 are healthy, you should eat as much as you can, don't worry about the ratio.
