This is my routine

I do one meal a day on Monday to Wednesday

Two meals a day on Thursday

One meal a day on Friday

Two meals a day on weekends

With this, I am able to control my body weight to around 73 to 75kg
 
To prevent cancer, is to stay away from the mainstream doctors who preached health misinformation in the first place.




Eat a lot of anti-oxidants
Only the sheeple still queuing for the mainstream doctors and hope they can “treat”, but not “cure” the patients
