Israel did not honour the previous ceasefire only because some stupid Islamic terrorists (there are too many different factions, not just Hamas or Hezbollah) continued firing rockets and attacking Israel and violating the ceasefire first. How else can Israel react? Blame the Islamic terrorists who perpetuate the wars endlessly by their thinking 'we will never surrender, we will keep fighting forever until every Jew is dead!'

There was no firing of rockets from lebanon during ceasefire. But continuous israel bombings into Lebanon.
