My thanks to this video, as it is filled with details, and my rare salute to this Japanese born lady, whom had the COURAGE to share her ordeal to save others whom may be faced with such predicament, which MOST would rather hide in shame for being foolish and fearful of one' foolish ego being eroded by others perceptions of oneself, which is why scammers are successful....
Scammers are NOT morons. It takes skills, experiences and DATA to be one...Their organization would even hire Humans with PhDs in various fields as well as HACKERS whom can HACK into any systems, either thru online or offline means, to gain DATA - personal information, phone numbers, AI clone systems to mimic voice patterns, etc.,
They evolved, and will continue to evolve, but fortunately, so too evolution in Humankind and security authorities. We just need to be a few steps ahead, and that's by SHARING INFORMATION ON HOW THEY OPERATE, so that when one technique of scam is discovered and shared, others too will be AWARE and be saved.
Just as scammers will evolve with better techniques, so long as info is shared by Humankind, we will be able to be a few steps ahead of them, resulting in that they may con only one, but will NEVER be able to con more, as we Humankind know their games and techniques, and prepared even to lead them on to take them down to save others.....
We Humanity are many, Scammers...are but only a few....
