If Russia is so capable, it would have captured Kiev within 6 weeks of its invasion back in 24 February 2022, which is after all, the original plan of Bloodymir Putin. This is also why the invasion had begun North-East from Kharkiv and shortly thereafter to Kiev, which unfortunately lead to their Russian's convoy of vehicles being stalled in the melted ice + mu.d, due to poor quality Chink tires. Even a nerd can envisage this.

Another point I would like to highlight to you is that if the Russian troops are that capable, Kremlin wouldn't even need to engage the services of the Wagner Group to help them in this war in Eastern Ukraine. The initial "special military operations" was meant to stop the carnage in russian speaking areas of Ukraine.
But zelensky still refuse to hold a discussion hence annexation by russia of donbas region.
Before 2008, there was no imminent threat of russia invading or attacking any country in europe. In fact, europe was doing fine importing cheap russian energy bevoming the biggest trading bloc on the planet.
