Twelve people are reported to have died after a bridge collapsed in southwest China.
Six vehicles, containing 15 people, were submerged in the river. Only three people were rescued. Lin Rui survived, recalling the collapse he said: "I remember that at that time there were many people watching the flood on river bank. Then I felt the car shaking and saw cracks on road.
"The middle of the bridge was raised and then suddenly it fell way.
"It happened just in one or two seconds. And there was no time for me to respond".
So far four bodies and two vehicles have been recovered. Rescucers are searching for those still missing. Report by Sarah Johnston.
