There are also mentally deranged, schizophrenic dogs.

I witnessed this with my own eyes when I was in the army. It was early dawn before the sun was up. A pack of stray dogs beside me starting barking at a single spot. Even moved into a group but stayed focused on whatever they were barking at.

I quickly walked away
