yes, i'm with you on jb. did my due diligence and site surveys a few years ago and the moment i noticed tiong money and development i balked. my buddy who has a semi-d at nusajaya cannot sell although he wishes to. no bargain buyers as the minimum to buy now is 1m ringgit and his (average) property is not like a must-have gem at a knock-your-panties-off location. no one with an iota of a brain can fall for that kind of shit.

Public outrage over the lenient sentence in America leh. So unlike the indifference or victim blaming reactions here that sound the same as the rapist's dad defending his rapist son. That's the difference between real first world and third world or pseudo first world people lol. The latter think it's the fault of rape victim to be weak and vulnerable and people are entitled to trample and violate them. And yet they complain the govt don't care for the poor, aged and sick who are weak and vulnerable people. See the hypocrisy here?
