veteran actor's bbt shop at toa payoh closes after only 3 months of operation

After just three months in business, Chen Shucheng has closed his latest F&B venture, a bubble tea kiosk called Meme Xpress. The shop at Toa Payoh Central was a franchised brand from Malaysia.

Shucheng, 71, has a small stake in the business, which he co-owns with a group of shareholders whom he partnered for his restaurant Teochew City, which also closed down last April due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Our local chn8 Chinese drama is still the same standard as of 25 years ago if not worst! No improvement @all till now, poor acting, poor story n poor script. The Mandarin spoken sounded so unnatural unlike those Hk dramas in Cantonese which are top notch!
