報導說，警方表示，今天上午8時18分左右，持旅遊簽證經日本入境的中國男子劉某，向日本駐南韓大使館投擲了4個汽油彈，其中兩個扔進大使館院牆內，但未引發火災。
報導說，警方在現場逮捕劉某，並將他帶回警局調查。劉某去年10月3日以服務日本海嘯大地震受災難民的目的訪問日本，在日本停留兩個多月後，於12月26日以觀光簽證入境南韓。
