Actually affirmative action only created unequal failures. Those who got into better colleges eventually found out they are not clever enough for those classes and dropped out not graduating.
If they attend colleges tgat are more suitable, they may get graduate and get jobs more suitable for their ability. This was never a problem before they imposed affirmative action in the US. Blacks were fully employed and there was not mismatch in the labour market,
