In this case they can also pass a similar bill regarding firearms .. but why not?The supreme court has not banned abortions. All they have done is ruled that abortions are not a constitutional right which is a far cry from a ban.

What is the Second Amendment?
The Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution gives Americans the right to bear arms. It states:
“A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”
U need to add it's for states to decide on abortion laws and not the federal governmentThe supreme court has not banned abortions. All they have done is ruled that abortions are not a constitutional right which is a far cry from a ban.
A right to own slaves was also in the USA Constitution. Why did they make it illegal to own and whip niggers?Courts don't pass bills you twit. Lawmaking is the job of congress, the senate and the executive. You need to have a basic understanding of how the system works in order to know what is going on.
The job of the Supreme Court is uphold the constitution of the USA. The right to bear arms in self defense is stated in the 2nd amendment so any laws passed by any state that infringes upon this right will be struck down by SCOTUS.
On the other hand there is absolutely no mention of the right to an abortion in the US constitution so the court has rightly reversed an earlier erroneous decision and returned the decision making process to the people.
The court should be commended for doing so.

Exactly my point. So nothing about the Constitution is sacred and cannot be changed. The 13th amendment was passed in 1865 which banned slavery. A civil war was fought over the this very issue.
If the US wants to enshrine the right to an abortion in the constitution it has to amend the constitution to reflect this.
The constitution cannot be amended by the Supreme Court.Exactly my point. So nothing about the Constitution is sacred and cannot be changed.
It's called an "Amendment" after all
any amendment requires 2 thirds of congress to pass and ratification by at least 38 states or 3 quarters of all 50 states. almost impossible in today’s u.s. politics.Exactly my point. So nothing about the Constitution is sacred and cannot be changed.

In Singkieland pap can change the Constitution at will. Much easier than Yankee landany amendment requires 2 thirds of congress to pass and ratification by at least 38 states or 3 quarters of all 50 states. almost impossible in today’s u.s. politics.
because pap has super majority in parliament. can pass new laws any time. just like californicate state legislature. In Singkieland pap can change the Constitution at will. Much easier than Yankee land
Then another civil war would be requiredThe constitution cannot be amended by the Supreme Court.
Singkies have the pap that sort of powderbecause pap has super majority in parliament. can pass new laws any time. just like californicate state legislature.
