US home prices in a continued fall

US house prices continued to fall in February.
Leading home price indexes have shown prices were around 18.5% lower than in February 2008.
This was slightly better than the 19% annual fall seen in January, proving the rate of decline in some markets is slowing down
Nine of 20 metro areas showed improvement in their February returns.
