The Qatar Emir is a good and highly respected man, a true representative of his People, whom were once desert nomads, but with the blessings from Allah, they had grown rich and privileged, and had altruistically attempted to bridge the divide between the Sunni and Shia sect of Islam, following the traditions of the good, LAST prophet, Divine sent teacher to the Arabs, - Prophet Muhammad's Companions.... akin to what Switzerland is known as and a trusted peacemaker for Humanity for decades after WW2...
As Ali, was a fellow companion of the good prophet and a nephew, and proposed by the prophet to lead the Arabs after a long battle against the brutal and savage Quraysh tribe ruling Arabia back in the 7th century, ALLAH knew best as HE knew it would take time for the once barbaric and savage desert caravan robbers newly turned to Islam - a religion of Peace - to HIS teachings,
