Ask any new parent and they would decry the high prize of Baby's Milk Powder in Singapore.
Even small tins are so highly-prized. Some at $90/-....
I wonder how the poor people manage to buy such "luxuriously-prized" daily neccessities.
Hence I don't blame the locals from giving Procreation a miss.
No one within the government is offering any help. They only say more babies please....
