If it was indeed shot down instead of a flight faulty, it is mostly not ISIS who shot it. Rather should highly suspect CIA & Ukraine, fixing Moscow and framing ISIS. US & Ukraine are capable of this trick.
Moscow and Egypt both said ISIS do not have the missile and radar necessary to shot Metrojet 7K9268 where it was flying 10km above ground. But this is not a problem at all if CIA and Ukraine wants to do so. The US & Ukraine are highly suspected due to their feud accounts in the on-going tension and conflicts involving lots of wars and blood. Completely won't lack motive for them to do it. If the wreckage and blackbox later revealed missile hit, all fingers will start pointing, I won't point to ISIS, Moscow neither. It would be either Ukraine or CIA or both in joint-hands.
