A Moroccan migrant has been spared jail after he claimed he did not know it was illegal to film up women’s skirts on the Tube. Ayman Yanoussi, 21, carried out three upskirting offences at Bank Station and a fourth at a Sainsbury’s store over a 16 month period. Jackalyn Chan (corr), prosecuting, said Yanoussi filmed his first victim at Bank Station on 15 April last year. ‘A member of the public confronted him and asked ‘What are you doing?’.
