Nobody said that vaccines don't work to reduce the number of cases and deaths. However they will not eliminate the virus. There will be deaths throughout the year which will peak in the winter months as is the case with the flu. The only question unanswered at the moment is what the fatality rate will be in comparison with influenza.

As for lockdowns it goes without saying that if nobody is allowed to be in contact with anyone else infection rates will drop. However the reason lockdowns are pointless is because unless a country stays locked down forever cases will just surge again once the lockdown is lifted.

I cant wait to see the look on the ADMIN's face when 1 Billion Worldwide and 200 Million in the United States are vaccinated. Wait a few months, America just did 1.6 Million today alone there, total 20 Million Vaccinated so far.

And Johnson and Johnson will announce Phase 3 trial results soon, and this vaccine is a 1 shot so it will be easier to distribute. Novamax will announce soon as well.

Best thing is the mRNA vaccines are building blocks and can be "tweaked" to account for any mutations for the UK, Brazil, and South Africa variants, should they need to be.

I'm losing big time now with the virus causing havoc in the sex industry. I pray daily to the good Lord Jesus that Covid will disappear tomorrow because it would save me from going under.

If the vaccine does not turn things around by the middle of the year and borders are still closed I'm calling it a day. I have already sunk too much money into overheads with almost no returns.

If the vaccine plus herd immunity works and things are back to normal I win. However I am not holding my breath.
