  • Of the 1,549 micro-apartments built by 10 developers in Hong Kong since 2016, one in three remained unsold as of this week
  • The smallest abodes are likely to lead the plunge in property prices in 2019, with declines of up to 30 per cent, according to industry analysts and developers

Time to buy and put it on Airbnb ...Lol :D

Airbnb is great if you have constant stream of tourists or guests .
Truth is that Singapore has nothing. You travel East to west in a day via mrt.

Shoebox apartments have limited usage. And its more expensive than a regular apartment in terms of value

All properties money and assets and insurance must turn into shit rapidly. All financial Seucrities must be completely ruined over night. All products and resources must go into hyperinflation by billions of percent.

why not buy two or three adjoining units and knock down the walls?

KNN shoebox apt why not design coffin box apt at even lower price just for losers to sleep in fancy area KNN
