Ugly Jurong West neighbour

For three years, Madam Ng Wai Leng would wake up to find cigarette butts, cockroaches and even faeces thrown into her flat.

She installed a closed-circuit television camera and caught her neighbour, Madam Soh, in action.

She was shocked to see a CCTV footages of Madam Soh throwing cockroaches into her flat and taking away the welcome mat outside her door.

Madam Soh had also allegedly thrown plastic bags containing faeces at Madam Ng's laundry.

According to the Community Mediation Centre's website, Madam Soh is liable for legal action if she has breached the terms of the mediation agreement she signed in 2010.

Both women had gone for mediation then and Madam Soh signed an agreement ordering her to stop harassing the Ng family.
