This guy & his friend, were at MK steamboat restaurant (313) last night (30/7/13).
The table behind us finished their dinner, and left to pay the bill.
These 2 fellas came to the table unattended, and sat down, when the sign at the entrance clearly states, please wait to be seated.
So the staff went to them and told them could they please wait outside first, they have to clear the table, and will bring them to the table once its all clean.
Seems like a very valid reason. But no... They kicked up a huge fuss. Asked to see the manager, the boss, every high management position you can think off. And this whole time, they ordered only 2 desserts. They were harrassing every single staff that walked by, asking to see this person and that, even the busboys werent spared.
Upon finishing their $4 dessert, the one with the back facing, in the picture, proceeded to complain that the dessert was too sour, and was very unhappy. The other guy then insisted the chef come out. The staff was being so patient and polite, saying they will take it back and see if its sour, and wanted to bring him a new one. But they refused. Insisting the chef, or the boss come out with a spoon to taste it in front of them to see if its really sour.
It was a full hour complain session, before they left. Sickening part was in between their complains, they were giggling and laughing about what they were doing. And when the staff offered to bring out a new dessert or take it off the bill, the hero threw his wallet on the table and said he have money to pay, dont need the free dessert.
This is really shameful behaviour from two seemingly old and mature men, kicking up a fuss for 2 desserts, in a very busy night at the restaurant.

The staff, Clement & Irene, handled them very well. I told them if they get a complain letter, i'll be the witness.

They say the customer is always right, in this case, the customer has the right to be slapped, multiple times, then have the red rubies stuffed up his ass. See if its still too sour then...
