According to a media release, 3 parents of children that attend the Singapore American School located at 40 Woodlands Street 41, Singapore 738547 has been tested positive for the coronavirus.
There is currently a message circulating that a gathering was held by one of the children of the confirmed case.
The day before one of the parent was diagnosed with the coronavirus, the child attended an event hosted by another student and interacted with several students from the school.
The school has over 4,000 students.
The government previously announced to avoid as many non-essential gatherings as possible but yet some people still do not listen.

Woodlands coffee shop Yummy Food Link confirmed five people isolated
A confirmed case is an employee of a coffee shop in Woodlands, and the coffee shop owner confirmed that a 55-year-old female drink stall assistant was diagnosed and the patient is in good condition.
Mr. Chen, owner of Yummy Food Link coffee shop in Block 111, Woodlands 13th Street, confirmed in an interview with Channel 8 that a Singaporean female employee responsible for making drinks was diagnosed on Saturday (21st)
It is unclear from where she was infected
Mr. Chen also revealed that the confirmed employees did not go to work after symptoms on the 18th. “She went to the doctor on the 19th, then rested at home, and then confirmed on the 21st,” he said.
After the employee’s diagnosis, the other five employees of the coffee booth were also asked to be quarantined for 14 days.
For safety reasons, Mr. Chen decided to close the coffee shop for 14 days, so that the other 10 stalls in the shop will also be closed for business and will be fully disinfected in the shop. The coffee shop has been closed for 2 days.
