Forget about reality for a while. It's harsh, that much we know. Not made easier by leaders who are experts in stating the obvious and making motherhood statements.
New season on AXN:
1. The Shield Season 7- on Thursdays at 10pm with repeats at various times during the week
Vic has to deal with being forced into retirement and having to deal with the fact that his strike team buddy Shane killed their buddy Lem. Their past misdeeds are also catching up with them and puts his family members' lives in danger. Claudette is having to deal with more violent cases as captain of the station, while coping with her illness.
This is one of the most violent, yet realistic series on TV. No one is the good guy. One of my favourite characters is Dutch, with all his flaws and his loser gait, but yet one of the best detectives around.
2. CSI Season 7 I think - on Wednesdays at 10 pm with repeats at various times during the week
Grissom and his team have to deal with Warrick's tragic death following Sarah's departure. The storylines are still great but you can feel the gloominess and darkness this season. Grissom, with all his flaws, is a great leader and extermely intelligent person. This is his last season, going to be replaced by Laurence Fishburne.
