A 27-year-old Turkish man was arrested in Taiwan last week for allegedly filming videos of his sexual encounters with Taiwanese women without their permission, reports our sister paper China Times.

The man, identified by his Chinese name Wang Kaijie, is also accused of sexually assaulting a female college student in April, with the victim telling police that Wang attempted to rape her.

Wang denies the allegations, saying that he stopped as soon as she rejected his advances. He also told the police that he has slept with more than 400 Taiwan women on a consensual basis.

However, the police found 29 videos of Wang having sex with women, while it is believed that all of the women were unaware that they were being filmed.

Wang has since been granted bailed but is prohibited from leaving Taiwan and has placed on the immigration no-departure list.
