I am ok to give scholarship to top foreigner come here and make our school become top school. Or give place to super rich foreigner who can donate millions to give scholarships to sinkies to study, or hire sinkies into his companies or father companies and give sinkies jobs. Mr Tony can prove the foreigner he bring in can do these, I agree to him. If he cannot prove, he still not have my vote.
