if ntuc and mommy actually enforce all their rules n wayang nonsense, i would be thousands of dollars richer to to unpaid ot which aren't even 1.5X. and companies will be begging me to work for them instead of me getting endless phonecalls from flips trying to sell me NTUC insurance. bloody hell ntuc also full of flips and india!

The PAP's tripartism concept has worked brilliantly for many years and I'm sure it will continue to serve the whole of Singapore well in the years to come.

Reason why policies like the progressive wage system has to be slowly implemented throughout different industries. The tripartite partners have to support the policies that are being driven across in order for a cohesive agreement. Not easy job but it is more effective that way.
