A train commuter was caught on camera vaping on the Thomson-East Coast Line.

Stomper Zann shared photos of the man in a priority with a backpack on his lap and a vape in his hand on the evening of June 2.

"This guy was vaping on the MRT at Orchard station when I boarded the train," said the Stomper.

"I alighted at Stevens station and he was still there at 7pm."

According to the Health Sciences Authority, e-vaporisers are known to contain harmful chemicals such as fine particulate matter, cancer-causing agents like carbonyls and volatile organic compounds such as formaldehyde and benzene.

The purchase, possession and use of imitation tobacco products, which include e-vaporisers, is prohibited.

Any person who is convicted of possession, use and purchase of e-vaporisers is liable to a fine of up to $2,000.

This fucker has more balls than the 65% dumb sinkies put together. He is almost daring the commuters to come and call him out.
