The Land Transport Authority (LTA) issued 33 summonses to motorcyclists during a multi-agency enforcement operation at Admiralty Road West on July 8.
The offences included failure to display a proper licence plate and expired road tax.
Conducted by LTA, the Traffic Police, National Environment Agency (NEA), the operation saw more than 300 motorcyclists stopped for checks, said LTA and police in separate statements on July 16.
Traffic Police caught 13 people, aged between 20 and 41, riding without a valid driving licence and using a motor vehicle without insurance coverage.
NEA issued 25 summonses for offences involving vehicular smoke emissions and excessive noise.
