In the complaints, received between Mar 5 and Apr 25, customers reported that the massage chain's outlets in Bukit Timah, Jalan Jurong Kechil, River Valley and West Coast Plaza had closed and that the company was uncontactable.

Customers also said they had prepaid for their massage packages, with the unutilised sessions amounting to about S$23,000 in total.

That is why never= buy packages n pay in advanced n buy gift cards etc. In Ozland also have this sort of problems as the money is recognised as profits and not held in trust. In Singkieland it is even worse whereby consumer protection is practically non-existent. Look at how those car dealers can cheat money. It's sad but true as cheating and illegal activities is the most profitable businesses. So consumers etc have to be smart and protect themselves.

Good point..I find Singkieland had a hard sell on the packages..go get hair cut also they ask u buy packages...I ask what happen if they chup lup...they say won't want lah and all that BS...they even give personal guarantee...but think I dumb...personal guarantee is worth nothing in the court of law... businesses know consumer protection is weak....that why they will continue to exploit
