Have not lived in any other city for the last 20 years so I have no basis for comparison.

Auckland was good 20 years ago but things have gone downhill steadily since then. I would not recommend Auckland to any Sinkie in 2021 whereas in 2000 I highly recommended the place.

Singapore dropped to 24 due to its intolerance towards cyclists.
