Sochi, you should know that Halloween is not a Christian celebration, the ghost and spirits were that appear on this day were the beliefs of those Europeans from their pre-Christian days. When they converted to Christianity, these beliefs were discarded and the festival now exists as a fun even for children and adults who do not want to grow up. This season is the largest event for manufacturers of candies in North America. In recent years too, the costumes have spread to non demonic figures like presidents and super-heroes. I wonder why there are Halloween costumes sold at places like NTUC and Giant Supermarket, people have too much money I guess.
