The usually smiley-faced DPM strikes a sombre pose at the Punggol East post-election conference.
The Prime minister did not show his face during the post election conference. Instead, he sent DPM Teo to speak.
To Lee, hey it’s an utter defeat isn’t it?
I have been waiting for this day. Yes, this day where u will be ashamed of your party’s defeat in a battle against all odds stacked up against the opposition.
In a battle with the unfair advantage of the main stream media and GRC system. It is an utter defeat and an insult to your ego. Thanks to WP!
Well PM Lee, u asked for it. All those unfair advantages will work against your party more in 2016. And also as your party’s secretary general, u did not show up to face that defeat.
Just think about the millions of Singaporeans who were disadvantaged by your short-sighted and incompetent policies despite collecting a hefty salary every month.
Voters in Punggol East SMC have spoken their mind and they’re here to stay.
And what are we to think of a man who can’t face defeat?
