To be consistent, fines for illegal stopping on double yellow lines, single white line etc should be at least $150 (currently is $70).
Because it is so important for cyclist to keep left and maintain a passing distance of 1.5m that they cannot be allowed to form groups of more than 5 or 10.

For cars to be illegally parked totally defeats the purpose of ensuring that cyclist keep left.

Thus, it is morally wrong to cause a cyclist to endanger himself unnecessarily by filtering right especially when many car drivers are too lazy to properly accommodate the overtaking 1.5m rule.

Thus, to be fair, just and consistent, most roads should not permit any kind of cars stopping or waiting and motorist who do so should now be given demerit points and a fine beginning from $150 as well.
