To attribute few disasters with good governance is remarkbly stupid

Why one country has fewer natural or man made disasters is not really depended on 'good' governance.

It is more related to the amount of land mass that you have.

A bigger country definitely has more share of then than one tiny dot of a place.

So to say why we have fewer of them because it is due to good governance is basically a remarkably stupid statement anybody should ever utter.

Most likely someone who has never taken or failed his GP papers before.
