PAP avoided the issue of Expiry of leasehold HDB flats. As the GOVT,PAP MUST ensure that ALL HDB Flats are entitled to one time EnBloc Resettlement and Redevelopment. Currently, only some blocks are selected for EnBloc resettlement. WHY so much bias and favouritism ? Where 's the fairness,transparency and
accountability ?
