Tin Pei Ling is most Googled

MARINE Parade GRC Member of Parliament Tin Pei Ling was the most popular Singaporean person in online searches on Google Singapore this year.
The search giant released its list of top search items for the past year yesterday.
Ms Tin, 27, is the People’s Action Party’s (PAP) youngest backbencher and was one of the most talked-about and scrutinised candidates in the May General Election, especially online.
She topped the “Fastest Rising People” list, meaning she was the most searched name by Singaporeans this year.
